This team includes qualified and experienced business advisors, & support people. They specialise in keeping up to date with company & trust law, with the two fold objective of:

The team is always equipped with the most up to date tools and resources: computer equipment, software, electronic libraries, and support. From within the PKF, and relationships with key external agencies, they have instant access to a wide variety of expertise and services.

We provide the registered office and secretarial services for over 100 client companies, and our Trustee Companies act as Trustee for many of our clients’ family trusts.

One of our directors, Bob Francis, is both a Justice of the Peace, and holds the Far North agency for the Public Trust. In this capacity, he has been involved in the orderly planning and administration of hundreds of Estates and Family Trusts.
